McGrath Properties

McGrath Properties ended up selecting a logo that was designed by its in-house staff, featuring one of their award-winning properties. But the above designs represent two of my better efforts from the brainstorming phase of our design process. Both use simple, powerful forms to imply the presence of two large buildings: the first is three-dimensional, and the second is flat. I was quite pleased with the way both of them turned out.
