See You in San Francisco Next Week?

MIHMORANDUM NO. 1040 | December 7th, 2011Reader Comments (2)

A quick note, readers, that I’ll be heading to BIA/Kelsey Group’s Interactive Local Media conference next week in San Francisco.  You may remember from previous years, this has been one of my absolute favorite events to attend–much different from a typical SEO show, action-packed (and often contentious) presentations, and extremely stimulating networking.  If you’re in Local Search, and especially if you’re in Local Search and based anywhere on the West Coast, think about booking a trip.

I’ll be Live-Blogging as many sessions as I can actually attend–the networking really is fast-and-furious.  Here are my recaps from the last two years:

I’m hoping that the Daily Deal infatuation has passed, and although I’m bummed that Mike didn’t get a offered speaking slot opposite Jeff Aguero this year, perhaps there will be some discussion of this recent article from ZDNet.

Regardless, there’s a TON of great speakers on the lineup so I’m sure it’ll be awesome.

Hope to connect with many of you in person next week!  Send me an email (davidmihm@gmail.com) if you’re going to be around.

David: We’re looking forward to seeing you at ILM again this year. Thanks for the kind words. It looks like it is going to be a great show on every level. We can’t wait for it to get started.
